Actualização geral:
Serralharias: - Foi montada a Guarda da varanda. - Executaram a estrutura para a chaminé e chapas para os jardins, entretanto aplicadas. - Encontram-se a executar o portão e portas da “casa de lixos” e portinholas EDP, SMAS, etc. - A caixilharia Vitrocsa está totalmente instalada.
Caixilharias exteriores de madeira: estão terminadas, porta dos arrumos incluída.
Empreiteiro: - Falta corrigir o soco exterior em pedra, já aplicado, mas com irregularidades, não aprovado; Falta colocar uma camada de betonilha de regularização no arrumo; Falta o maciço de degraus da entrada; Faltam as lajetas em betão para o jardim; Faltam remates de outras especialidades, nomeadamente roços de electricidade.
Zincos: - Estão a ser ultimados os peitoris; a serem terminados os rufos e os tubos de queda, respectivos emboques e “trop-pleins”; a cobertura em “camarinha” está aplicada. Os tubos de queda estão a ser colocados após finalização do capoto.- O peitoril de zinco da janela de alumínio da fachada posterior, está curvo, pelo q deverá ser endireitado. Foi discutida no local uma solução que passa pela remoção parcial do peitoril existente e introdução de uma nova capa de zinco, acompanhada por uma cantoneira metálica que assegure desempeno; Foram corrigidas as presilhas do caleiro da frente, que estavam oxidadas.
Gessos Cartonados e estuques: - Terminados, à excepção de pequenas correcções decorrentes de infiltração da responsabilidade do empreiteiro, na pala da cozinha, e na zona de tecto (estuque) adjacente, a qual deverá ser removida e reaplicada.
Picheleiro/ Ventilação: - Estão terminadas as condutas de ventilação e plenuns.
- Faltam aplicar os ventiladores na cobertura. - Faltam aplicar as torneiras e peças sanitárias e fazer as respectivas ligações, mas isso virá só depois do marmorite.
- Entrou em obra esta semana o carpinteiro de interiores e o taqueiro (soalho de carvalho), com a secagem definitiva do interior.
Electricista e Caldeira: - Reentrarão em obra para a semana. Instalação dos aparelhos Berker 1930+ termóstatos para o pavimento radiante - Berker. Painéis solares: - Mais para o final do mês, quando a caldeira etc. estiver terminada, bem como a solução de permutação de fontes energéticas, que consistirá num Grupo Hidráulico Firstbox 1B e Válvula de pressão diferencial DN25/32
Marmorite – o fornecedor deste está preparado para iniciar os trabalhos logo que a base para a banheira esteja concluída.
Foi aplicado, (pelo arquitecto!) o sistema de telas drenantes para coberturas ajardinadas Dorken FLORAXX,
sobre o volume dos arrumos. Andamento dos trabalhos Capoto: - Está praticamente terminada a aplicação da pintura de Vieroquartz AG da Viero. A aplicação desta foi sugerida pelo fornecedor, na sequência de um erro de côr no fornecimento da pintura de acabamento. Segundo o fornecedor esta “irá trazer um valor acrescentado ao comportamento da fachada, pois irá torná-la menos áspera por diminuição do coeficiente de atrito, que os materiais talochados têm e por isso conferir-lhe uma maior capacidade de auto lavabilidade. Os sistemas ETICS, são sujeitos a maiores níveis de condensação superficial exterior e por isso sujeitos a uma maior acção de sedimentação das sujidades depositadas na superfície do revestimento, que quando pintada com Vieroquartz AG - VIERO, retarda o aparecimento e desenvolvimento de fungos”. Após estes trabalhos:
- Ventiladores na cobertura (junto com a chaminé supra referida) - Remates do Seral e estuque (no tecto infiltrado também), com as pinturas;
- Pinturas; Vidros interiores e espelhos; O pavimento em vinílico, na cave.
20 - ETICS AND OTHER FINISHINGS II General update: Ironsmith- the structure for the chimney, plates for the garden and the balcony balustrade,. - Getting done: the gate + doors of the "garbage house" and Electricity, Gas and Water suplly hatches.
- The VITROCSA frames are fully installed.
- Exterior wooden window frames, are completed, the door storage included.
Contractor:
Zinc: - Sills finished, casings to be terminated and downpipes are to be placed after completion of ETICS .- The sill zinc aluminum window of the rear facade is curved, so it must be righted.
