APRECIAÇÃO DO CLIENTE

O cliente veio de férias no Natal e Ano Novo podendo finalmente usufruir da casa. Não lhe pedimos elogios mas pedimos um comentário ao resultado. Aqui o apresentamos por sua sugestão, satisfazendo-nos enormemente o seu conteúdo. Bem-hajam também eles que sempre foram óptimos parceiros na procura das soluções. Porque sem bons clientes também não se fazem boas obras. "Aqui esta a nossa analise ao trabalho conjunto dos Arq. Paulo Costa/Marta Oliveira: - Projecto de arquitectura, que envolveu varias versoes: sempre abertos as nossas preocupacoes e requisitos e esforcaram-se por corresponder as mesmas sempre que possivel. - Escolha de materiais: bom conhecimento, tendo-nos sempre apresentado varias alternativas/sugestoes. Excelentes conselheiros neste campo. - Acompanhamento de obra / Fiscalizacao: um trabalho incansavel e que nos fez poupar muito dinheiro. Extremamente responsavel na gestao dos autos [de medição] , fiscalizando todos os aspectos/pormenores de execucao. - Aquando da mudança de empreiteiro, e quando foi necessario abrir concursos para as diferentes especialidades, coordenaram este processo, controlando todos os orcamentos recebidos, actuando sempre no nosso melhor interesse, nao deixando resvalar o orcamento, tendo inclusive em algumas especilidades negociado valores inferiores. É de realcar o profundo conhecimento que eles têm dos materiais e precos, sendo capazes de oferecer sempre alternativas e/ou solucoes interessantes por vezes desconhecidas por nós. Em relacao ao orçamento original, tivemos uma pequena diferença, que no entanto, nao pode ser directamente imputada a eles, porque se deveu maioritariamente ao facto de termos durante a obra termos optado por fazer certos extras, que tinhamos decidido no inicio nao fazer ou optamos por uma solucao mais dispendiosa. Assim, a derrapagem foi de 11 % em relacao ao nosso orcamento original, valor que consideramos irrisorio. Tivemos imensas situações (em orçamentos, autos de obra...) que sem a intervenção do Paulo Costa/Marta Oliveira, teríamos pago um valor superior e levado “gato por lebre” (passo a expressao). Estamos perfeitamente conscientes deste ponto e eles empre foram incansaveis na execucao rigorosa do orçamento e da obra. Mesmo as “surpresas” que surgiram (e que infelizmente, surgem sempre) durante a obra, foram extremamente bem manuseadas e geridas por eles." Carla e Alexandre THE CLIENT'S REVIEW The client came for Christmas and New Year's holidays to finally enjoy the house. We did not ask him to praise, but we did ask for a comment to the result. Hereby we present it by they're suggestion, pleasing us enormously with its contents.But we have to praise them as well, they who have always been great partners in seeking the right solutions. Because without good customers there are no good works. "Here is our review to the work of architect Paulo Costa/ Marta Oliveira: - Architectural Project, which involved several versions: always open to our concerns and requirements, and endeavored to achieve them whenever possible. - Choice of materials: great knowledge, always presented us with several alternatives / suggestions. Excellent counselors in this field. - Monitoring of the work / inspection: a tireless worker and that made us save money too. Extremely responsible in the surveying of the measurements/ payments, overseeing all aspects/ details of execution. - When we had to change the contractor, and when it was necessary to open competitions for the different specialties, they coordinated this process, controlling all offers, always acting in our best interest, not letting slip the budget and negotiating lower prices. It should be noted the profound knowledge that they have the materials and prices, being able to always offer alternatives and/ or interesting solutions often unknown to us. In relation to the initial budget, we had a small difference in the end, which however can not be directly imputed to them, because it was due mostly to the fact that we have decided to make some extra works (that we had decided earlier not to do) or chose for a more expensive solution. Thus, the slippage of 11% compared to our original budget is an amount therefore considered negligible. We had lots of situations (budgets, notices of works...) that without the intervention of the Paulo Costa/ Marta Oliveira team, we would have paid a lot higher value and taken a "pig in a poke". We are perfectly aware of this point and they were tireless in the control of the budget and rigorous execution of the work. Even the "surprises" that have emerged (and unfortunately, they always exist in construction, especially refurb projects), were extremely well handled and managed by them."
